Product description

Determine protein and/or nucleic acid concentrations in 96-well UV-transparent microplates. Use in place of expensive quartz cuvets for reading down to 220nm (performance certified at 260 and 280nm). UV surface is molded onto acrylic top for maximum leak resistance. Plates provide excellent well-to-well uniformity, consistently low background, and zero crosstalk. Well volumes are 370µL.
